Single-Cylinder Cone Crusher Clamping Ring is an aftermarket replacement component used to securely clamp the fixed cone liner (concave) inside the adjustment sleeve. The ring is installed with bolts to firmly hold the liner in position during continuous crushing operations.
Designed as a circular copper-steel composite component with multiple bolt holes, the Clamping Ring provides reliable clamping and retaining force. Multiple rings can be stacked according to the crusher assembly design to maintain secure positioning of the fixed cone liner.
During crushing, strong impact and vibration can cause liner movement if the clamping system is not properly secured. The Clamping Ring helps prevent the fixed cone liner from loosening or shifting, contributing to stable and reliable cone crusher operation.
