Impact Crusher Blow Bar is a critical wear component installed on the rotor of an impact crusher, responsible for directly striking and crushing feed materials at high rotational speed. It plays a key role in determining crushing efficiency, product shape, and overall machine performance in various crushing applications.
Widely used in mining, quarrying, construction aggregates, recycling, and cement industries, blow bars operate under extremely high impact and abrasive working conditions. The performance of the blow bar directly affects production efficiency and operating cost.
Our Impact Crusher Blow Bars are manufactured using high chromium iron, martensitic steel, manganese steel, or composite materials to meet different working conditions. They offer excellent wear resistance, strong impact toughness, and extended service life. Custom sizes and material options are available for various impact crusher models.
Blow bar
We provide various material solutions for blow bars and hammers to suit different working conditions ranging from low abrasion to high abrasion or heavy impact, helping customers minimize operating costs.
High Chromium Blow Bars
The Chromium Blow Bars made of white iron casting with 26%-28% chromium(CR) contents. High Cr Content Provides very good wear resistance for the Chromium Blow Bars & Hammers but naturally lack of impact toughness against shock. These Chromium Blow Bars are normally used in secondary or tertiary crushing applications where is high abrasive but no harsh impact.
High Chromium Blow Bar with Ceramic Inserts
When used in the same application, the high chromium blow bars with ceramic inserts will largely increased the hardness on the wear face, as a result, the blow bars will obtains excellent wear resistance and much longer life time than blow bars just in high chromium casting.
Martensitic Steel Blow Bars
Blow Bars Made of martensitic are usually used in primary or secondary crushing applications where high wear or impact both exists. In these applications the Mn Steel is not suitable for its low hardness whereas chromium white is not durable for impact.
Martensitic Steel With Ceramic Inserts Blow Bars
When inserted with high hardness ceramics, the martensitic steel blow bar is dramatically in enforced for wear resistance on the wear surface. This makes them the ideal solutions use in primary or secondary crushing where wear and impact resistance are both required. The life time is up to 2 times or longer on than martensitic blow bars without ceramic inserts.
