CH/CS Series Cone Crusher Upper Thrust Copper Plate is an aftermarket replacement wear component installed at the lower end of the main shaft, above the eccentric assembly. It forms part of the cone crusher thrust bearing system and supports the axial thrust generated during crushing operations.
The upper thrust copper plate works together with the lower thrust plate to form a sliding contact surface. With proper lubrication, the thrust bearing assembly helps accommodate axial loads and maintain stable operation of the cone crusher. As a wear component, the copper plate requires replacement when excessive wear or thickness loss occurs.
